Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of discovery for California-based legal matters.
- Organize, review, and manage document productions using legal tech tools.
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure timely and compliant responses to discovery requests.
- Draft and manage discovery-related documents, including subpoenas, responses, and privilege logs.
- Maintain organized and secure electronic case files.
- Support ongoing litigation and compliance efforts in collaboration with legal and technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience handling discovery in California litigation (state and/or federal).
- Strong understanding of legal discovery procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using legal technology platforms and open to learning new tools.
- Experience with AI, tech companies, or startups is a plus.
