Objective
Drive sustainable sales growth in the prescription and retail pharmaceutical business, aligned with the company’s commercial strategy. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, supporting business development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that add value to pharmacies, retail chains, and institutional clients. Leverages technology, market intelligence, and data analysis to optimize customer engagement and maximize results.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales and EBITDA targets in the prescription and retail pharma segment through effective commercial strategies and collaboration with the sales team.
Identify business opportunities across independent pharmacies, retail chains, distributors, and institutional clients, developing tailored value propositions.
Participate in strategic meetings with key pharmaceutical clients, supporting solution presentations, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, regulatory, market access, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of commercial solutions.
Develop customized communication and marketing materials for the pharma sector, including proactive proposals, presentations, and targeted campaigns.
Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer interactions, generate performance reports, and maintain visibility of the commercial pipeline.
Monitor pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory changes, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Lead cross-functional projects supporting commercial operations, including data analysis on sales, prescription behavior, and customer segmentation.
Support the development and implementation of new solutions based on internal data (sales, inventory, prescriptions) and external sources (IMS, Close-Up, IQVIA, etc.).
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Around 4 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or market intelligence roles within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in retail pharma or prescription segments.
English level: B2 (Intermediate-Advanced).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
Experience with pharmaceutical market analysis tools, such as market prescription data or IQVIA market intelligence solutions
