Position Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving customer acquisition and engagement through strategic Facebook and Instagram advertising, email marketing campaigns, and optimized landing page experiences. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Media Advertising
- Develop, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, audiences, and campaign structures
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights
Email Marketing
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Develop automated email sequences and customer journey flows
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging for improved engagement
- Analyze email performance metrics and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Landing Page Optimization
- Build and optimize landing pages for Facebook ad campaigns (WordPress preferred)
- Ensure landing pages are conversion-focused and mobile-responsive
- Implement tracking and analytics to measure page performance
- Collaborate with design freelancers to ensure cohesive visual branding
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics across all channels
- Use data insights to inform strategy and campaign optimizations
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign performance and learnings
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on paid social media
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar)
- Experience with landing page creation and management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics
- Understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models
- Excellent written English communication skills for ad copy and email content creation
- Reliable internet connection and availability during US business hours (flexible schedule)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Facebook Pixel implementation and custom conversions
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Proficiency in WordPress for landing page development
- Familiarity with landing page optimization tools and techniques
- Experience working with creative freelancers and providing design direction
- Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications
