About the position:
This position is responsible for supervising all the soft and hard services at the building. Also will support the Senior Facilities Manager in administrative activities related to the day to day operations.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm - flexibility is needed as this is a 24/7 operational facility, including potential after-hours and weekend coverage as required.
- Location: Avenida calle 26 # 85 B – 09. Bogotá.
Responsibilities:
- Manage KPIs reporting.
- Coordinate and supervise all routines from soft and hard service vendors at the site.
- Coordinate, supervise and report to the Senior Facilities Manager all the activities related to services to occupants at the site such as cleaning, cafeteria, food services, pest control, landscaping, etc.
- Coordinate the conditioning of workstations to the new employees from client.
- Manage the relationships with interested parties (vendors, users, client decision makers, control entities) related to soft services.
- Manage the contracts with service vendors such as pest control, cleaning, cafeteria, landscaping, food services, etc.
- Follow up the services provided for the vendors under his/her management in order to complete work orders in Corrigo.
- Work along with client designated areas in order to improve the client experience by occupants.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Educational qualifications: Architect, Industrial Engineer, Administrative.
- Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level) is required.
- Independent, resourceful, possess keen ability to learn and with excellent work ethics.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
