GENERAL SUMMARY

The role is focused on driving future state financial performance by enhancing the quality of internal and external data, providing forward-looking financial insights, and offering
real-time support and analysis. As a key business partner, this leader plays a pivotal role in guiding decision-making processes, contributing to financial strategies, and ensuring
alignment with established financial standards. Leveraging a deep understanding of both external and internal financial factors, the individual helps shape long-term financial
goals while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors ensuring

- Ensure the reasonableness of the numbers by reviewing financial statements.
- Communication of the closing calendar (Coordination & monitoring of the
teams)
- Key reporting responsibilities include coordination, review and submission of
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings as pre-close, Debrief,
- Manage tickets or Requests, escalated to the CFM organization, ensuring
- Support business decisions by providing accounting and strategic insights,
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Industrial
- Preferably Post-graduate
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial and accounting roles, presenting
- Fourth years of financial experience is required.
- Advance English proficiency, capable of reading, interpreting, and
- SAP FI experience , Office tools intermediate, Power BI.
- USGAAP – IFRS Experience is a must.
