Jalasoft is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial targets are met and to help drive the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including budget vs. actual performance, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Support the annual budgeting process and provide analytical support for financial planning.
- Evaluate operational and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to inform business strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and scenario analyses.
Requirements
- High level of English
- Advanced Excel skills
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis or controller roles
- Knowledge of accounting
- Ability to integrate processes
- Proficiency in Power BI and understanding of tax regulations
