Job Summary
This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical person to join our billing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate billing processes and assessing the company’s financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ETS billing systems warehouse and transportation charges, financial data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This position exercises great attention to detail and ensures all steps of the system billing process are followed in the proper order.
Responsibilities:
- Review billing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Create and maintain billing templates for invoicing purposes.
- Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in billing records.
- Collaborate with Collections, Accounts Payable (AP), and Finance teams to analyze revenue, costs, and expenses over defined periods.
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing processes related to billing and revenue recognition.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Accounting background - Preferred
- Intermediate English Knowledge -Required
