Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations across multiple countries by liaising with vendors and brokers, maintaining accurate data, and responding to internal inquiries via ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day benefits operations across global programs.
- Liaise with vendors and brokers on service delivery and data accuracy
- Track and triage internal teams questions via ticketing systems (Support, Sales, CSM)
- Support benefits renewals and the rollout of market-relevant programs.
- Support annual renewal processes through data gathering, formatting, and scheduling
- Maintain and audit internal benefits data, knowledge base and SOPs.
Key Qualifications:
- Proactive, self-directed, and organized - able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear communicator and problem-solver with a process-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner who can handle ambiguity and find answers independently.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys enabling others’ success
- Familiarity with benefits plans and compliance requirements across multiple countries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive employee data.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with reporting tools.
- Experience in globally distributed teams or high-growth startups.
- Bonus: Experience in EOR, PEO, or global HR platforms.
