TTEC Digital seeks a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid work situation where you will work onsite up to 3 days per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering visually compelling designs across multiple platforms, ranging from web and UI to social media, branding, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and digital design.
What You Will Do:
- Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print assets, including marketing materials, presentations, brand collateral, and social graphics.
- Design and maintain brand-consistent assets that support sales enablement and marketing campaigns.
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead or support web design projects, ensuring intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to translate ideas into effective visuals.
- Produce social media graphics tailored to platform specifications and brand voice.
- Contribute to brand development and evolution through consistent application of visual identity across all media.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Stay updated on design trends and digital best practices to continuously improve quality and effectiveness.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic and digital design.
- Reading, writing, and speaking fluency in the English language is a must-have
- Must be able to provide a portfolio of work
Proficient in:
- o Figma
- o Adobe Photoshop
- o Adobe Illustrator
- o Adobe InDesign
- o Adobe Creative Suite
- o Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong skills in visual design, branding, and creating sales and marketing collateral.
- Solid understanding of UI design principles and web design best practices.
- Experience creating assets for various digital channels, including social media.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design versatility across various platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a B2B or tech environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.
