We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead the management of inbound leads, conduct proactive outreach, and drive commercial growth from our Medellín office. This role involves contacting potential clients via phone, text, and email, leading meetings, and managing the entire business development process from first contact to close.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working with business owners, is fluent in English, and thrives in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, texts, and emails to qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and present customized solutions.
- Manage the full business development cycle: lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal creation, follow-up, and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and business development activities in the CRM.
- Draft and send professional proposals and agreements in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive client experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our services.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably working with business owners or in B2B environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) – MANDATORY.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and professional communication tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an office setting.
- Proven experience managing the full commercial cycle.
- Must reside in Medellín.
