Oversee the comprehensive management of transportation operations for OTM processes nationwide, including port activities. Maintain direct coordination with Customer Service teams, centralize all required information in alignment with established Working Instructions, and consolidate services and conditions with transport providers. The goal is to meet both internal and external customer needs, in accordance with our service promise.
How you create impact
- Manage documentation and assign service providers for OTM-related shipments.
- Control and monitor all processes related to OTM (Operational Transport Management).
- Ensure transport providers meet established timelines through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with DIAN to resolve any issues related to OTM when necessary.
- Maintain and submit the quarterly control report required by the Ministry of Transport.
- Validate and define invoices related to OTM operations, including transport and port services.
