Salary Range: COP $5,000,000 – $7,000,000/month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional financial initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS / NIIF
- Proven experience leading accounting teams
- Intermediate to advanced English level
- Preferred: Previous experience in the Healthcare sector
