We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team located in LATAM.
As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using mandatory Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware, with specific experience in configuring and automating with tools like Nintex, Conga, or DocuSign (template configuration, record updates).
- Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, including nearshore development teams, to translate business needs into technical solutions and meet project deliverables.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Salesforce environments, focusing on configurations, data management, security, and performance.
- Design and implement robust testing strategies (unit/automated) and stay current with Salesforce innovations to continuously improve system capabilities.
- Mandatory proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript, coupled with 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and practical application of tools like Nintex, Conga, or DocuSign, especially in template configuration and process automation.
- Demonstrable experience with Salesforce development tools including VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git, and a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security model.
- Salesforce certification(s) are required. Experience with frontend frameworks or general frontend knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Advanced English) and documented experience working effectively with nearshore development teams.
