Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Contract: Full-time, on-site

About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations related to patient coordination, provider communication, and insurance processes. In this role, you’ll help ensure that every administrative and care-related task is managed with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
What You'll Do
- Verify insurance benefits and manage prior authorizations for procedures and injections
- Submit and track referral requests
- Check and follow up on pending cases
- Make calls to providers, patients, and insurance companies
- Review and coordinate NP and provider schedules
- Manage and organize shared and individual digital folders
- Respond to requests received through RingCentral
- Request appeals or retro-referrals when needed
What We’re Looking For
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities
- Previous experience in healthcare, authorizations, or administrative roles preferred
- Comfort working with EMRs or healthcare-related platforms
- Availability to work on-site in Medellín
