As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded regarding product onboarding (Implementation), training, and product support prior to the Go Live, making sure that all new accounts go live successfully by providing the knowledge and expertise in specific subjects.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

- Sustain a positive team environment and display high levels of motivation.
- Actively ensure continuous improvement in the team by gathering proper feedback, helping standardize the Onboarding process across department employees, as well as providing recommendations on procedure enhancements when identified.
- Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Operations Team function and escalate any red flag to the Onboarding Lead for proper management.
- Verify and improve the quality of products by accurately reporting bugs and providing quality assurance support.
- Understand the language/terms/jargon in your area of expertise. Not only answer how things are done but why.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies: A high school degree is required. Desirable studies (but not required) in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any other logistics-related degree.
- Experience: 6+ months of experience with Freight Brokerages, Logistics, and SAAS-based applications, talking to customers and facilitating processes for them. Having experience in customer service, bilingual operations, or any related would be a plus.
- Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word and Excel), Internet Browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, & Chrome, online software applications and basic servers/computer hardware and software.
- Language: Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is required.
Perks:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the US calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract.
- Location: Only for Colombia, this position is 100% Remote.
- Salary: $ 4.635.750 COP. After six months, $5.184.900 COP
