We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented operations analyst to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll manage time-critical Aerospace & Aviation shipments from start to finish, ensuring everything moves smoothly, accurately, and urgently — just like the industry demands.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinate international aerospace/aviation freight shipments
- Daily communication with global logistics partners & suppliers
- Handle urgent shipment requests with speed and precision
- Book airfreight cargo and manage post-flight checks
- Provide regular client updates and ensure full visibility
- Complete administrative tasks: invoicing, documentation, file management
- Report any issues to your supervisor promptly
- Follow internal SOPs and customer-specific guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding - logistics or supply chain industry
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- Strong communication & time-management skills
- Attention to detail and urgency under pressure
- Comfortable using logistics systems and platforms
Working Hours & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday Night Shift 04:00 pm to 12:00 am Bogota time(standard hours)
- Flexibility required for urgent movements
