Role Description & Responsibilities
- Business Operations: Support partners in enhancing their business operations model, managing sales and technical capacity, and aligning skills with evolving DS solution releases.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives, ensuring partners are equipped to adapt to new solutions, market demands, and business challenges.
- Enablement & Onboarding: Lead partner enablement activities, from onboarding to contract negotiation and accreditation, ensuring seamless transitions and continuous growth.
- Indirect Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a high-impact indirect sales strategy with partners in your assigned territory, driving transformation to achieve the Mid-Term Growth Plan.
- Joint Marketing & Co-Selling: Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns and co-selling engagements to generate and convert pipeline opportunities.
- Pipeline Leadership: Manage a 4-quarter rolling forecast, ensuring robust pipeline development and conversion into sustainable revenue growth.
- Strategic Sales Programs: Co-create strategic sales programs with partners, identifying key customers and opportunities to extend the DS footprint through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Trusted Partnerships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, acting as their primary Dassault Systèmes focal point. Empower them to autonomously sell DS solutions and maximize their potential.
Qualifications
- 11+ years of experience in technology solutions sales, preferably within a reseller channel environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions and a proven track record in managing VAR ecosystems, sales forecasting, and complex contract negotiations.
