The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling appointments for patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and greet patients over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients using the Vision system
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding patient accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or centralized scheduling
- environment (Candidates with a strong customer service background and high call volume experience, even outside the medical field, are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
