We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional marketing efforts across Latin America, with a focus on Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. This role is critical to building our brand, driving demand, and supporting regional sales and partner teams. Reporting to the VP of International Marketing (based in the UK), you'll be responsible for delivering impactful marketing programs tailored to the Latin American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local field marketing programs including in-person and virtual events, trade shows, customer meetups, and executive roundtables.
- Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs in close alignment with the global alliances and partnerships team.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including localized campaigns across email, social, paid media, and webinars to support pipeline growth.
- Adapt and localize global content and messaging for local audiences; manage translations and cultural tailoring for Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales and partner teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing actionable insights with global stakeholders.
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies in the region as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven success in field marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation across Latin America.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience working in Latam regions, with a strong understanding of regional business and cultural nuances.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with remote, global teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Folloze, and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24).
- Background in B2B tech or software industries.
- Familiarity with working across time zones and in a fully remote, international team environment.
