About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Mobile & Interactive Learning, you’ll autonomously drive product strategy for a client transforming competitive gaming into dynamic business and life skills training. You will own the development and optimization of their mobile app experience, delivering innovative learning solutions that blend gaming with measurable personal growth, focusing on retention and content enablement for a diverse, global audience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic direction for a mobile app suite focused on interactive learning and gaming-to-life-skills integration
- Diagnose and address user retention challenges, redesigning in-app experiences and gameplay modes
- Architect and implement content delivery systems and scalable learning infrastructure, including AI-powered personalization features
- Lead the design of cross-platform frameworks for seamless app, web, and community integration
- Define requirements for adaptive and personalized AI components, including recommendation engines and progression tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and client teams to ensure technical excellence and alignment with business goals
- Oversee the full product lifecycle: from market/user research and strategic vision-setting to launch and ongoing optimization
- Establish and monitor KPIs to maximize user engagement and continuous product improvement
- Enable high performer learning communities through robust content systems and measurable professional development pathways
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing insight, thought leadership, and regular updates
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, promoting best practices and a culture of innovation
- Continuously improve product management processes and promote knowledge-sharing within the team

About You
Qualifications & Skills
- 7-10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile app and web platforms
- Proven ability to drive user retention and engagement, ideally in gaming, educational tech, or behavioral-product settings
- Hands-on experience building interactive learning, content delivery, or learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered personalization, recommendation engines, and intelligent content delivery
- Demonstrated understanding of cross-platform product integration and technical system design
- Expertise in building scalable content infrastructure, including performance analytics and vendor/tool integrations
- Comfortable specifying requirements for AI features supporting adaptive learning, progression tracking, and gamification
- Outstanding consulting and communication skills; ability to serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic independence
- Experience leading teams in agile environments, with proficiency in collaborative tools (Jira, Figma, Miro, etc.)
- Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and technical concepts; comfortable ramping up to new business domains quickly
- Exceptional organizational, mentorship, and stakeholder management abilities
