We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our innovative team, leveraging Tableau expertise to deliver cutting-edge data visualization solutions and drive business intelligence strategies.
This position demands strong technical skills in Tableau development along with collaborative problem-solving to deliver tailored solutions across diverse datasets.

Responsibilities
- Design Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business objectives and enhance analytical capabilities
- Build robust data architectures that support efficient query processing and seamless visualization
- Set standards for dashboard usability, visual design, and data storytelling
- Advise on Tableau feature utilization to maximize functionality and user engagement
- Create parameter-driven dashboards, using advanced calculations and LOD expressions
- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into intuitive data solutions
- Deliver dynamic visualizations, combining charts, graphs, and geographical mapping for impactful analysis
- Partner with data engineers to integrate multiple sources, ensuring clean and enriched data for Tableau usage
- Verify data accuracy and integrity across all Tableau outputs through rigorous validation processes
- Boost dashboard performance by refining underlying queries and managing data volumes strategically
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Tableau tools and practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven expertise in Tableau development and visualization design
- Skills in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep for seamless BI integration
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling combined with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Expertise in advanced dashboard development incorporating parameters, LOD expressions, and calculated fields
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as Alteryx and Informatica for smooth data workflows
- Capability to work with modern BI platforms and optimize Tableau within an enterprise framework
- Competency in performance tuning for large-scale datasets and resolving Tableau-specific bottlenecks
- Background in collaborative project settings, partnering with analysts, engineers, and other key stakeholders
Nice to have
- Background in complementary visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker
- Familiarity with Python or R for executing complex data analyses
- Knowledge of cloud BI setups like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of Tableau’s APIs for extending functionality or automation
- Showcase of advanced Tableau certifications reflecting mastery of its ecosystem
