Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual, UI, or digital product design within agencies, consultancies, product companies, or enterprise businesses.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of other tools like Adobe Creative Suite or XD.
- Strong experience in design systems, atomic design structures, and scalable, responsive interface design.
- A deep understanding of design theory, accessibility principles, and how static designs translate into code.
- Ability to work collaboratively within agile product teams (Experience, Product, and Engineering) in iterative, test-and-learn environments.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge briefs and push for design excellence.
- A strong sense of ownership - you care that the final product is exactly as envisioned.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
- Exposure to industries such as financial services, retail, energy & commodities, or the public sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of DesignOps tools, processes, governance frameworks, and workflow optimization practices.
- Interest or experience in designing for AI-driven or cognitive experiences.
- Adjacent creative skills such as illustration, motion design, or animation.
- Experience in running client workshops and collaborative ideation sessions.
