Overview
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is looking for a Specialist of Marketing Operations to support and scale lead gen. campaigns through technology and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical marketer with a track record of creative thinking to develop, execute, measure and optimize lead gen. campaigns.
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is responsible for defining a best-in-class Lead Generation discipline and scaling it across business units and regions, including to the people, processes, content, technologies, and data.
Role
In this technical marketing role, you will:
- Design HTML email campaigns and templates and target audience segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Conduct A/B testing of emails to optimize performance.
- Build lead capture forms and landing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Create automated journeys and drip campaigns.
- Create Cvent landing pages, event invitation and survey emails.
- Create and manager webinars on Zoom.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and tech teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality campaign assets.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal standards and privacy regulations.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- A bachelor/master’s degree in appropriate field, preferably MBA in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in marketing technology and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a focus on Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in creating webinars in Zoom/On24.
- Experience in Cvent is a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building email templates.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines i.e., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
