Sports Program Manager (Tennis & Pickleball)
Location: Bogotá or nearby areas (90% Remote with 4 weeks of face to face check ins per year)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 10AM–7PM, Friday 8AM–5PM
Equipment: Must provide own computer and have strong internet connection
Compensation: $4M–$5M COP/month depending on experience
Franco Racquet Sports is hiring a full-time Program Manager to help grow and oversee tennis and pickleball programs across the US. You’ll own and operate a portfolio of programs — like running your own small business — with the support of our HQ team. This is a client-facing operations role, not a call center job.
You’ll speak directly with customers, organize logistics, manage local coaches, and be accountable for the performance of your programs.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead your assigned programs: their success is your responsibility
- Communicate with customers via email, text, and phone in a professional and proactive way
- Follow up with leads and manage new sign-ups within 24–48 hours
- Coordinate coaches, rosters, and schedules
- Track performance metrics and solve problems independently
- Use backend tools such as Acuity, Google Sheets, and internal systems
Requirements
- Based in Bogotá or surrounding areas
- Advanced spoken and written English (you will be tested)
- At least 3 years of work experience in operations, coordination, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Independent thinker who can make decisions without constant supervision
- We’re looking for people who can think critically and act with ownership
Additional Details
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 10AM–7PM, Friday 8AM–5PM (Colombia time)
- Remote position, but must be based locally
- Payment made via international transfer
- You are responsible for your own EPS, pension, and local taxes
- Room for growth based on performance
