Team Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Partner to be the right hand of our Middle America leadership team (Colombia, Costa Rica & Perú), ensuring DiDi Food has the right strategy and responsible for the execution of it. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial, operations, and product teams, as well as direct interaction with partner restaurants to make sure our strategy is impactful.
Role Responsibilities
- Leading a team responsible for creating and executing the restaurant strategy for Middle America and Perú, while having strong decision making in user strategies;
- Implementing the full life cycle of restaurant campaigns, ensuring they integrate both digital and offline components;
- Working closely with restaurant partners to define attractive promotions, considering their needs and business goals;
- Collaborating with the commercial/sales team to craft compelling value propositions and pitches that drive restaurant engagement;
- Developing 360° campaign strategies, ensuring all touchpoints and channels are aligned to maximize effectiveness;
- Partnering with operations and product teams to ensure feasibility and seamless execution of campaigns;
- Monitoring campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Role Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in strategy and planning or business analytics. Data ability is a must;
- 3+ years experience as a people manager;
- Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a B2B2C or food service/tech environment;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in commercial contexts;
- Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail;
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
