We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Sourcer to support our U.S. and COLOMBIA recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top candidates across the Insurance industry and direct hire positions. You will work closely with HR manager and hiring managers to understand job requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities
· Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
· Engage candidates directly via phone and email
· Schedule calls and interviews in coordination with Hiring managers.
· Join Hiring managers calls to learn interviewing techniques and client communication.
· Support with candidate submissions, job postings, and project tracking.
· Partner with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to fully understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for the different roles
· Keep the candidate database updated and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements:
· Bilingual communicator (English B2+/C1), confident in speaking and writing with U.S.-based candidates.
· Experienced: 1+ year in recruitment, headhunting, or sourcing for the U.S. market.
· A hunter at heart, with genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Comfortable with high-volume outreach and proactive candidate engagement.
· A fast learner, eager to grow, receptive to coaching and feedback.
· Strong in both written and verbal communication, able to build rapport quickly.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
