We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Global Messaging Routing department. In this role, you will join a team that leads cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of messaging routing solutions while managing user tooling technical aspects to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
What you'll get to do...
- Work with cross-functional teams in designing and implementing messaging routing solutions (SMS, RCS, FOS Chat), developing project plans, and managing partner expectations while communicating project status to leadership.
- Monitor system performance, implement improvements for enhanced message delivery efficiency, and troubleshoot issues related to message routing, latency, and delivery failures.
- Collaborate with engineers to define technical requirements and architecture for routing systems, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and security requirements.
- Translate user feedback and business requirements into detailed technical specifications, and analyze messaging tool performance metrics and user behavior to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the messaging experience, and prioritize features and improvements based on customer impact, technical complexity, and business goals.
- Stay current with messaging technology trends and the competitive landscape, while managing business unit expectations and communicating product changes effectively.
Your experience should include...
- 2+ years of experience in customer Care Center work, specifically experience with Asynchronous (Chat, SMS, Email, Whatsapp) customer facing communication related roles.
- 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional business partners like Business Analytics teams, Engineering teams, or other enablement-based partners.
- Experience with Jira work management for projects.
