The role involves managing the Social Security Affiliations process in Colombia, which is critical for compliance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing folders containing documentation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
Executing all mandatory social security affiliations as per Colombian legislation.
Reporting bank account details accurately.
Channeling and centralizing all relevant information for seamless communication and reporting to the payroll department.
This position ensures legal compliance and supports organizational payroll processes efficiently.

Able to present data through tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel.

Overview: This critical role manages the Social Security Affiliations process in Colombia, ensuring compliance with local legislation and efficient support to the payroll team.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of documentation folders to verify data accuracy.
  • Execute all required social security affiliations as per Colombian laws.
  • Report and manage bank account details accurately.
  • Centralize and streamline data for effective reporting to the payroll department.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-volume social security affiliation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and ensure data correctness.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to drive process enhancements.
