- Coordinate Job posts and create strategies to attract the best talent.
- Conduct individual prescreening to evaluate the interest, requirements, and personalities of our candidates.
- Ensure company staffing needs are covered, both for internal and external clients, in the proper time.
- Design organizational strategies by identifying and researching HR best practices in the market.
- Create recruitment strategies to strengthen our employer brand.
- Recruitment of different types of profiles.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30pm.
Salary: 2.940.000 cop + commission plan in USD
