Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and ensure accuracy across all our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management, with experience in legal or professional services being a plus. This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and financial reports
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Track and record expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular audits
- Support tax preparation by providing necessary financial data to external accountants
- Monitor cash flow and suggest improvements for financial efficiency
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting
Qualifications:
- +1 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Knowledge of US regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and external partners
- Experience with payroll processing and tax reporting

- Monthly salary: US$1,100 - $1,200, depending on experience
