As the Country Leader for Kyndryl Vital Colombia you will wear a couple of hats. First, you will lead the business of Kyndryl Vital — growing it, selling it, building the team to deliver it. Second, you will use your unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and psychology, to lead customers through complex challenges by identifying paths to value and a strategy for breakthrough experiences. You’ll lead Kyndryl Vital customer engagements, guide the team, and provide insights, ideas, and leadership at the CEO level. You’ll partner with Kyndryl business and account leaders, technical strategists, customers, and Kyndryl’s alliance partners to define problems, imagine solutions and service blueprints, and enable all to bring these solutions to life. You’ll work with Kyndryl Vital Colombia leaders to identify high-potential customer projects, build a pipeline for the team, and you will constantly look for more ways to add value to our customer’s businesses.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • C-Suite Engagement: Expertise advising C-suite executives on aligning technology initiatives from an experience-first orientation, aligning organizational strategy and ROI
  • Integrated Roadmaps: Fluency integrating human needs and business objectives into technology roadmaps with clear ROI frameworks
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Experience collaborating with technical architects/engineers to implement enterprise solutions at scale
  • Project Lifecycle Leadership: in cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles - discovery to deployment
  • Consensus Building: Skills building consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities through service blueprints/co-creation workshops
  • Team Development: Demonstrated ability in team development - hiring creative talent, mentorship programs, and scaling operations. Proven success in building/managing high-performing teams for large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Business Acumen : You understand business stratgy and can connect it to experience.
  • Psychology : You have a deep understanding of human needs and behavior.
  • Business + Tech + Experience : You can create integrated experience strategies that blend business, technology, and user needs.
  • Co-Creation : You excel at aligning stakeholders through workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Value Identification : You have a knack for uncovering new sources of value.
  • Experience Optimization : You can evaluate and recommend ways to optimize experiences.
  • Storytelling : You can communicate clearly and compellingly.
  • Research : You can design and conduct user research, market evaluations, and competitive analyses.
  • AI and Data Ethics : You leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

  • 10+ years experience
  • Deep industry vertical experience
  • Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds
  • Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications
  • Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences
  • Data science, AI/ML background
Experience in DesignOps or otherwise experienced in design-specific processes and capabilities

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent portfolio

Preferred Education

MDM, MDes, MFA, dMBA or equivalent
