Geeks5g is a fast-growing international digital marketing and technology company. We specialize in SEO, websites, social media, AI/software, Google Ads, call centers, and more. With a large in-house team and multiple specialized managers, we’re scaling quickly — and we need a strong Director of Operations to take full ownership of delivery across all departments.
Role Overview
As our Director of Operations, you will be the bridge between Sales and Delivery. Once a deal is closed, you and your team ensure the client flows seamlessly through onboarding, fulfillment, reporting, and ongoing account management. You will manage division heads, standardize processes, enforce SLAs, and report directly to the Founder.
Your mission: keep the engine running so Sales only sells.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate division managers (SEO, Call Center, Website Development, AI/Software, Google Ads, Social Media, Graphic Design).
- Own operational KPIs: delivery SLAs, quality, client retention, and profitability.
- Standardize and document workflows across departments.
- Manage capacity planning, workload balancing, and hiring requests.
- Run weekly Ops meetings to resolve blockers and align managers.
- Coordinate with Sales Ops and Client Success Managers (CSMs) for seamless client onboarding.
- Implement QA processes and ensure deliverables meet standards before reaching clients.
- Generate executive dashboards and report results to leadership.
- Continuously improve efficiency, tools, and automation (including our in-house platform, Proaxis.ai).
Requirements
- Proven experience in Operations / Agency Management / Project Management in a digital marketing, BPO, or SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple department heads.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, ads, social, web, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong process-building and workflow optimization skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong reporting and KPI management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Based in Medellín, Colombia (on-site leadership role).
