Clean Edge Construction Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide key support in two areas: day-to-day bookkeeping and light social media management. This remote role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently while being part of a team that values accuracy and initiative.

As our Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for tracking and organizing financial data, assisting with invoices and receipts, and helping maintain a basic but professional online presence. You'll work closely with our internal team to keep records accurate and keep the brand up to date across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and track expenses, invoices, and payments using bookkeeping software
- Maintain financial records and organize receipts and vendor documentation
- Update spreadsheets, digital files, and shared documentation
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content uploads
- Monitor online activity and keep platforms current
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, including follow-ups and data entry
- Maintain clear communication with the team on progress and task completion
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in bookkeeping, administrative support, or virtual assistance
- Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Drive
- Experience with basic social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Compensation and Benefits
