We’re Hiring!
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and bilingual Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team! In this hybrid role, you’ll support U.S.-based hiring initiatives, work closely with international teams, and help scale companies by sourcing and attracting top talent across a variety of industries.
* What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. roles — from sourcing to scheduling
- Collaborate with hiring managers and BPO partners to understand job requirements
- Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate data in our ATS
- Meet deadlines and hiring targets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
*What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience (preferably supporting U.S. roles)
- C1+ English level – written and spoken (you’ll be communicating with U.S. teams daily)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and team-focused
- Ability to work hybrid (some office days in Medellín)
