Reporting directly to the Head of People, you'll leverage your full-cycle recruitment expertise to attract top talent across all departments. 🎯Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams in LATAM and the US, from kick-off to offer acceptance. - Strategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive and active candidates across multiple channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pipeline. - Candidate Experience Excellence
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences with timely communication, constructive feedback, and seamless processes from initial contact through onboarding. - Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand needs, define requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies while guiding market trends, compensation, and best practices. - Interview Process Leadership
Facilitate interview scheduling, conduct initial screenings and People interviews, coordinate subsequent stages, and manage reference checks. Provide comprehensive candidate feedback and recommendations. - Offer Management & Negotiation
Prepare competitive offers, manage negotiations, and ensure seamless transitions for new hires while maintaining positive relationships with candidates. - Process Optimization
Proactively identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality of hire. - Data-Driven Insights
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, generate progress reports, and make data-informed recommendations for continuous improvement. - Employer Branding

✅ What We're Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- 1+ years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition experience with proven success recruiting across diverse roles and markets
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in both Latin American and US markets with a strong understanding of regional talent landscapes and cultural nuances
- Expert-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset with strategic thinking abilities

Education
