Position: Business Development Specialist (Colombia)Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in the Colombian market, identifying and expanding cooperation opportunities.
- Conduct industry and competitor research, and provide regular market analysis reports.
- Formulate and execute local market development plans aligned with company strategy.
- Drive diversified business opportunities, such as local distribution, local manufacturing, and strategic partnerships; candidates with experience in setting up local subsidiaries are highly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in B2B markets; background in electric mobility, energy, or industrial products is a plus.
- Familiar with the Colombian business environment and customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, results-oriented.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
