Job Description
As part of the Business Strategy & Operations team, we are responsible for driving strategic focus, operational excellence, and performance visibility. We ensure the organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and remains aligned with its priorities through smart planning, robust processes, and actionable insights.
This position will be responsible for coordinating and developing Marketing initiatives and Supporting Materials to support the evolution of the Marketing Services offering to our Clients by developing scalable solutions, selling materials, capabilities, and processes associated to Marketing Services. This role will work with the different LAC markets and multifunctional teams to support the implementation of the Visa Marketing Service Model.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• High degree of collaboration and teamwork, especially in multicultural, cross-border environments.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Culturally sensitive and inclusive, fostering engagement across diverse teams.
