We are currently recruiting for an Office Services Assistant to join our team.
What will you be doing
Provide services to the organization with regards to office services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all incoming/outgoing mail for office and ships and assist with purchasing of required stationery/ office supplies.
- Arrange maintenance/ repairs of coffee machines and water coolers.
- Order/ arrange lunches for meetings/receptions. Including issue of lunch vouchers.
- Process invoices for office services in Oracle.
- Provide services such as photocopying, making binders etc.
- Manage pool car reservations and Process lease car fines.
- Assist office manager in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum MBO certificate or equivalent.
- Prior administration experience.
- Good computer proficiency with knowledge of MS office.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
