🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Sourcing & Attracting Talent – Identify top professionals for finance-related roles like Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billers, and Accountants.
✔ Candidate Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a strong, engaged talent pipeline using ATS and CRM tools.
✔ Interviewing & Assessing Fit – Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring they align with role requirements and company needs.
✔ Market Expertise – Leverage your knowledge of the Colombian job market to identify and engage top talent.
✔ Strategic Collaboration – Engage closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and refine recruitment strategies.
✔ Offer Coordination & Onboarding Support – Ensure smooth transitions from candidate to collaborator.
📚 What You Bring:
🔹 Recruitment Expertise – 2+ years of experience hiring for finance-related roles, ideally within international companies, outsourcing, or outstaffing models.
🔹 Local Market Knowledge – Deep understanding of Colombian recruitment channels, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
🔹 Technical Skills – Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, ATS & CRM platforms, job boards, and social media hiring strategies.
🔹 Language & Communication – B2+ English proficiency to collaborate in an international environment.
🔹 Results-Driven Approach – You’re proactive, innovative, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume of interviews environment.
🔹 Availability to collaborate according to the U.S. business hours – This role requires adjusting to U.S. time zones for effective collaboration.
