We’ve built powerful internal systems and teams to deliver results at scale — now we’re looking for a Sales Closer who can turn qualified leads into new revenue.
Role Overview
As a Sales Closer, your job is simple: take pre-qualified leads and close deals. You’ll run discovery calls, demos, and presentations, clearly explain our value, and guide prospects to signature and payment. All admin, contracts, and onboarding are handled by Sales Ops — so you stay focused only on closing.
Your mission: turn interest into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls and sales presentations with qualified prospects.
- Identify client needs and match them with the right services (SEO, Social, Ads, etc.).
- Confidently handle objections and negotiate win-win deals.
- Present proposals, secure signed agreements, and collect payment.
- Work closely with Sales Ops to ensure clean handoff into onboarding.
- Maintain pipeline activity in CRM (notes, next steps, stage updates).
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer in digital marketing, SaaS, or BPO industries.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Spanish a plus).
- Highly motivated and target-driven, comfortable with quotas.
- Ability to manage multiple deals at once while staying organized.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong presentation skills (Zoom/Google Meet demos).
