About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Representatives. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of VirtuPartner. Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous.
