About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and support a variety of hiring needs, with a strong focus on recruiting salespeople. This role requires someone who speaks English, highly organized, and able to manage multiple open positions at once while maintaining efficiency and precision.
The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial-minded, and committed to building strong pipelines of top talent. You’ll be more than a task-taker, you’ll be a strategic partner in shaping our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines for multiple roles at the same time.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, especially for sales and marketing roles.
- Ensure clear, timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hiring outcomes.
- Anticipate hiring needs, propose solutions, and improve recruitment processes.
- Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience from first contact to hire.
- Schedule meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
- Carefully evaluate applicants, advancing only those who fully meet requirements, and identify potential challenges to prevent mismatches and ensure successful hires.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent or native-level English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in recruiting salespeople (agency or in-house).
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, you notice and correct things others might miss.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple openings at once.
- Proactive, self-driven, and entrepreneurial, able to work independently and think like an owner.
- Organized and cautious, you evaluate candidates thoroughly before moving forward.
- Comfortable working hourly, with the potential to expand into a long-term/full-time role.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
- Background in high-volume recruiting.

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Compensation based on experience.
- Hourly, expected work hours between: 8 AM to 6 PM (EST).
- Must be available in virtual office meetings when not interviewing.
- Work hours tracked via Hubstaff.
Performance Metrics / Success Measures
- Number of roles successfully filled per month.
- Average time-to-fill per role.
- Candidate quality and fit based on hiring manager feedback.
- Accuracy and completeness of candidate records in ATS/CRM.
- Responsiveness and professionalism in candidate communication.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
