On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive Assistant who can take ownership of their digital presence and support high-impact content campaigns, branding efforts, and strategic marketing initiatives. The right candidate is a proactive self-starter who lives and breathes social media, understands the aesthetics industry, and can execute at speed with precision.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create, post, and schedule a minimum of 1 branded post per day across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and RedNote
- Use visuals, branded graphics, hashtags, and strong CTAs for audience engagement
- Help with video edits, teasers, captions, and content suitable for Instagram (including blur/censor tools where necessary)
- Maintain highlights, pinned posts, and updated bio links as directed by the team
Content Strategy & Execution
- Support content domination goals: 100 branded pieces per quarter with 50% focused on their brand
- Coordinate with editors and creatives to upload, repurpose, and promote educational clips and patient journey stories
- Manage the client’s podcast and YouTube uploads, including clipping and repurposing for social
- Assist with new campaigns such as RedNote (Chinese market), influencer content, and translated materials
Branding & Messaging Support
- Follow and maintain brand style guides of the business
- Assist with defining and documenting avatar profiles (e.g., affluent Chinese clients in Orange County)
- Help translate or coordinate translations of marketing assets into Mandarin
- Build and launch campaign landing pages and lead magnets in collaboration with the web/dev team
CRM & Automation Support
- Support 3-step follow-up systems using AI tools (email, video, text)
- Track and organize incoming leads and content performance
- Help automate key marketing workflows with guidance from the team General Executive Support
- Assist with internal communication, scheduling, and project tracking
- Attend virtual meetings, take notes, and follow up on key deliverables
- Maintain a proactive view of content calendars, campaigns, and project timelines
Ad Hoc Tasks
- Handle one-off assignments as needed, such as special research projects, follow-ups with vendors, or preparing documents for board members.
- Support the team with miscellaneous tasks that arise to ensure smooth chapter operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing, ideally in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, RedNote (or similar platforms), and YouTube
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., teasers, captions, reels) and photo editing for compliance (e.g., nipple blurring) using Canva, CapCut, Adobe or other editing tools
- Experience using AI tools like Quoso.ai, Captions.ai, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing funnels, or automated follow-up processes is a plus
- Experience supporting personal brand-building is a strong advantage
Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time
