About the position:
The Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in Third Way Health’s mission to enhance patient experiences across our client base. Based in Medellin, Colombia, you will support the implementation and transformation projects across our Provider and Payer lines of business, ensuring that our clients’ unique needs are met with precision and care.
In this role, you will serve as the on-the-ground delivery expert for the Implementation team. Your work will support across all phases of implementations including process design, process documentation, training, work shadowing, reverse work shadowing, service migration, and stabilization. Special preference will be given to candidates with significant consulting experience in the health care sector or software implementations. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed process documentation on clients’ practices & provider rules
- Master & document the technical nuances of clients’ electronic health record (EHR) systems or other relevant systems
- Train Team Leads, Assistant Team Leads, and Quality & Training Analysts on the TWH implementation methodology along with clients’ operational practices and provider rules
- Lead on-the-ground execution of work for Provider Patient Concierge Representatives and Payer Specialists / Analysts / Agents
- Support general project management of implementations and internal transformation activities
- Manage special projects as determined by Third Way Health’s Director of Transformation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a business or management consultant
- 2+ years of experience supporting software implementations
- Advanced proficiency in office software, including the Microsoft Hub or Google Suite
- Experience training teams of 5+ team members
- Available to work in office 4-5 days per week
- Advanced English written and spoken skills (C1/C2)
Preferences:
- Relevant experience supporting U.S. healthcare organizations
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Deep understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other healthcare specific information technology systems
- Understanding of clinical specialities and their nuances
