Fastest-growing e-commerce brands in history: As an organization driven by data, we're on a mission to optimize marketing spend efficiently and constantly enhance the customer experience across our portfolio of brands.
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and scaling our media operations infrastructure. You’ll help ensure that our tracking pixels and product feeds are implemented and functioning correctly across a variety of channels and platforms. In addition to supporting media tracking, you’ll support providing insights to the Growth Team and maintaining our suite of media dashboards. Partnering closely with Media Engineering and cross-functional teams such as Growth, you'll support the technical execution of vendor integrations that drive media performance and compliance.
You will also contribute to the health and reliability of our data systems, keeping platforms connected, vendors configured properly, and critical tracking and audience signals flowing, empowering our teams to make informed, data-backed decisions.
Tools and Technologies:
Expect to work with tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Segment, and ProductsUp, while supporting integrations across media platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat. You’ll also gain exposure to Tableau and our SQL-based workflows and media pipelines. This is a great opportunity to deepen your experience in AdTech and MarTech in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Whether you’re investigating a tracking issue, troubleshooting a product feed error, or helping onboard a new media platform, your diligence and technical acumen will help ensure seamless operations. If you’re passionate about marketing technology and excited to work with cutting-edge tools and top-tier partners, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth.

· Execute updates and optimizations to media product catalogs, such as updating promotional offers or adjusting product titles.
· Assist in the setup and QA of new product feeds across established marketing platforms, following documented requirements and partner guidance.
· Monitor and triage errors in ProductsUp on a weekly basis, ensuring timely issue flagging and resolution to maintain feed integrity.
· Monitor audience list health by checking our monitoring Slack channel daily; proactively identify and report issues impacting audience availability or syncing.
· Set up new audience list destinations in designated platforms based on campaign needs and partner configurations.
· Support the analytics function of the Marketing Science team by writing basic SQL, conducting analyses, and completing data visualization tasks.
· Set up new advertising and tracking accounts following a pre-defined checklist and platform best practices.
· Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks for tools and media platforms, including fielding permissioning requests and maintaining documentation for access protocols.
Experience & Skills:
· Experience with tag and pixel implementation (Google Tag Manager preferred)
· Experience with product feed integrations supporting Media and Acquisition (Facebook Dynamic Ads, Google Shopping/Google Merchant Center) · Strong knowledge of digital advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, SA360 Search, etc.).
