We are Hiring: Remote Dispatch Specialist
Salary: $3.500.000 COP
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls, emails & chats
- Schedule service jobs in our FSM/ERP system
- Coordinate with field technicians & escalate issues
Requirements:
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Advanced English (B2+/C1)
Nice to Have:
- Dispatch experience
- ERP/FSM proficiency
