About the team:
About the role:
Ensure the correct maintenance of work/tasks orders, as well as the entire production and monitoring chain that they involve until reaching their technical closure in the SAP system.
Role Responsibilities:
- This person will be responsible for SAP management of agricultural maintenance and operation activities in ABS module, supporting the planner for equipment maintenance and the operation engineers to reflect in SAP the activities carried out in the field.
Function:
PM Module:
- General display of maintenance notifications.
- Creation of work orders (maintenance).
- Record Maintenance Activities Time in the work order.
- Update Work Order Information.
- Perform Technical Closure of work orders.
- Request reservation of spare parts for work orders.
- Generate general execution reports of maintenance activities.
- Review of spare parts inventory input and output reports.
- Spare parts inventory review.
ABS Module:
- View the master data that is part of the ABS module.
- Enter data on man-hour times, machine time and supplies consumed in each task order.
- Enter data into the ABS Accomplishment Log.
- Create data in Measurement Documents.
- Performed data recording in ABS orders.
- Notification of task orders (complete and partially).
- Baby agave plants inventory movements.
- View the data entered in the process orders and task orders.
- View data from the Accomplishment report.
- View data from Measurement Documents.
- Check the data notified in the orders and make adjustments if necessary.
- Gives technical closure to the process order and the task order. Review orders confirmations.
- Change orders status to Close (TECO).
- Reverse confirmations.
Experience / skills required:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Administration, industrial engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of the SAP system (PP Module prefer).
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of administrative tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Knowledge in generation and interpretation of technical reports.
