ROLE DESCRIPTION:


The position is in Global Commercial Finance Americas Multi-Country LAC (MCLAC) Team. Acting as a Commercial Business Partner supporting the Cloud and On Premise business by:

    M
  • anaging deals: CBP supports Sales teams with deal structuring, analyzing a customer’s license history, performing quote checks, approving quotes, and preparing contracts.
  • S
  • tructuring complex deals in a compliant way: CBP reports any concerns about a deal structure to the corresponding Account Executive and often schedule alignment meetings with other internal stakeholders in order to find the optimal solution.
  • A
  • ct as a First Point of contact for Sales being intermediate among the multiple areas supporting the deal cycle.

  • anage and coordinate deal support across multi-functional internal teams (Controlling, Rev Rec, CRC, Legal, Tax, etc.) on complex deals scenarios.

  • rive approvals considering various factors such as: organization business targets and rules for doing business.

  • erve as main point of contact for Commercial topics internally and externally.

  • esponsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.

  • ct as transformation agent and partner with Sales to understand customer requirements to help, find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure.

  • rovide Sales enablement and training.
  • D
  • rive change and innovation actively to improve existing processes.
  • B
  • alance various projects to improve the day-to-day operations of your team.

  • losely collaborate and interact with the Co-Leads h and Manager to allow one voice approach.
