Location: Bogotá – 100% on-site (Transversal 55 B # 115 A 56)
Schedule: Mon - Fri – Not a back-to-back calls

We’re looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents (minimum English level B2) to support a healthcare campaign. We want proactive individuals with excellent communication skills and a true passion for customer service.
✅ Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written) – will be tested.
- Experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare or call center campaigns).
- Current, paused, or completed studies in health-related fields (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, time management, and a sense of urgency.
- Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
