English B2 - No experienced required - Onsite monday to friday

FUNCTIONS
· Payment Tracking
· Troubleshooting Account-Related Issues
· Negotiation of payment plans
· Resolve potential financial issues
· Claims Management
· collaborating with patients to ensure clarity on payments
REQUIREMENTS
· We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (B2 onwards), that is, who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values.
· Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia).
· No experience
· It is important for us to have people with sufficient Emotional Intelligence and other soft skills, who are passionate about their personal goals and achievement oriented.

Remuneration: 2’850.000 + Commissions + contrato indefinido
